Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. 

I AM GODDESS KOUTURE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATION:

Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped. However, requests to cancel an order before it ships are accepted and issued in the form of a store credit.
