Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping notification is sent,

Please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct before completing your order.

For security purposes, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed,

If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time,

DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, I Am Goddess Kouture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional assistance.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must be made before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved cancellations made before an order ships will be refunded to the original payment method.
