RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our number one goal at I AM GODDESS KOUTURE is 100% customer satisfaction. Please note that due to COVID 19, we do not offer money back returns or accept exchanges. However, defective items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for store credit. You must send a photo to iamgoddesskouture@gmail.com detailing the damaged/defective item along with all the details of your invoice.

All returns will be processed as store credit, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.

After review, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return item if approved. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear and with all product tags attached in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for retuning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable, NO EXCEPTION:

All bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories and items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
